These channels strive to abide by the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) Guidelines for online influencers. The owner will not mislead the public in any way and if the owner is gifted or loaned products to promote, this will be made clear and disclosed fully in the owner’s content.

The owner does receive compensation from any seller upon a successful sale. This is however a small amount and does not affect the purchaser. The owner will not falsely influence the purchaser or intended purchaser by providing any false information including but not limited to sales or promotions. That content, advertising space or post will be clearly identified as paid or sponsored content in accordance with the CAP Code Guidelines.

Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or party in question. Format and size: All downloadable files are in either JPG and PDF format and the product description will specify which format the product is in. All downloadable files are A4-sized unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Delivery: Please note, this is a digital product for immediate download, there is no physical item to be shipped.

Download information: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure their device is compatible with JPG images and PDF formatted documents. Unless otherwise stated, all planners are sold as a PDF download with a link to the planner template in Canva. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they are comfortable using Canva and that their device is compatible with Canva software.

Refunds and returns: As this is an instant download, please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations except for in the following circumstances:

The digital product is not fit for purpose
The digital product is not as described
The digital product is not of satisfactory quality
The digital product was unable to download or open due to a technical error either with the link or the product itself. This does not include user error as it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are familiar with their own device and the opening/download procedure and compatibility.
