Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

  • Once access or download has begun, digital products are non-refundable

  • By purchasing digital content, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

 

Physical Products (Printify-Fulfilled)

All clothing and merchandise sold on this website are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printify.

Because these items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected

  • Incorrect colour or design chosen

  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction not related to a fault

 

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You may be eligible for a free replacement (reprint) or a refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • With a manufacturing error

  • Significantly different from what was ordered

 

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence showing the issue

  • You must include your order number

 

In most cases, the faulty item does not need to be returned. This process aligns with Printify’s official refund and reprint policy.

 

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If an order is lost in transit or delivery fails due to a carrier issue, we will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund where eligible.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

 

How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible

  • In some cases, refunds may first be issued as a Printify account credit and then withdrawn

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
